Staff Introduction

Jun Aoi

Human Resources Department

He has 10 years of coaching experience. As the founder of Cross Sports Club, he is involved in the design and instruction of all classes, and has also developed the all-sports compatible "Sky All Sports". He is currently in charge of classes mainly in Nagoya City (Kita Ward, Midori Ward, Showa Ward, Mizuho Ward, and Nakagawa Ward). He is currently practicing "independent coaching" while making use of his experience in baseball and handball.

Our teaching style aims to develop children's ability to think about their own growth through questions, and we place great importance on creating fun memories even when it's their first lesson.

In addition, in the event of an injury, we make sure to "speak to them in a way that leaves them feeling reassured," and we also take safety into consideration.

The driving force behind our teaching is the changes in children who smile and say, "PE has become fun," or the words of parents who say, "I want to go to this class."

"From being chosen to being the chooser." We are doing our best to support children so that they can live their lives as "players."

Yusuke Fujine

Business Department Manager (responsible for the three Tokai prefectures)

Joined June 2023. 5 years of experience in mobile phone sales. Previously worked at a SoftBank shop, and is currently the head of the sales department, responsible for the three Tokai prefectures as well as the Nagano and Shizuoka areas. He excels in mobile phone sales and BtoC customer service sales, and has a track record of closing 15 sales in a single day.

We capture the customer's heart with the words "Hello!!!" and are conscious of "being close" when proposing prices. We do not propose to our customers, but rather treat them as "the opportunity to create a better life."

The experience of someone saying, "They signed a contract because they talked to me" is the most rewarding thing about being a salesperson.

In teamwork and store operations, he values "doing the obvious things properly," and when he is struggling, he identifies the cause and makes improvements based on advice from those around him. His serious attitude toward numbers leads to strong teamwork and results.

Sayoko Suda

Sales staff (responsible for the three Tokai prefectures)

Joined the company in March 2025. After gaining experience working at a Docomo shop, he is currently active mainly in the three Tokai prefectures.

My specialty is au and UQ. I am attracted to the fact that I can offer optimal and advantageous proposals to many customers by utilizing bundled discounts for optical fiber lines, CATV, and au Denki.

When greeting customers, start with a smile and a "Hello!"

We place great importance on bringing out smiles through natural conversation that matches the atmosphere of the situation.

When reviewing fees, we listen carefully to the background to your plan selection and your usage situation, and strive to make proposals that are satisfactory to you.

The happiest moment in my career as a salesperson is when someone says, "I'm glad you contacted me." When our numbers are sluggish, I analyze the current situation and exchange opinions with my team to bring in new perspectives, which leads to steady improvements.

In cooperation with stores, we build relationships of trust by being cheerful and sincere in our responses and making flexible proposals to meet their requests. We also strive to improve teamwork by thoroughly implementing daily "report, contact, and consultation" procedures, even during consecutive events.

Joined the company in 2020. Currently working as a coordinator and recruiter in the Human Resources Division.
