Rewarding customer service on the front lines

We work at event booths set up in shopping malls, supermarkets and other commercial facilities across the country. With many customers coming and going every day, we speak to them directly, listen to their concerns and complaints about smartphones, and propose optimal plans and cost-effective ways to switch.

イベントブースを訪れるお客様の年齢層は10代から80代までと非常に幅広く、地域や施設の特性によってニーズは日々変化します。

そのため、毎日の現場は常に新鮮で、型どおりの対応だけでは通用しない面白さがあります。

The target audience is "all generations." It's interesting because we deal with customers who change every day.

The age range of customers is very wide, from teenagers to people in their 80s, and the target demographic changes depending on the location of the store. That's why every day is fresh and full of learning. You will naturally acquire "real-life customer service skills" that cannot be taught by a manual.

This job responds to such voices.

Many customers have the misconception that "it's normal to pay high prices for smartphones." By breaking down that stereotype and showing them ways to get better deals without changing how they currently use their phones, we can deliver a major "discovery" to our customers.

The heartfelt "thank you" we receive after customers say, "I had no idea!" or "It's so cheap!" is more encouraging than anything else.

Always think about the customer, not yourself

Even on days when we didn't get any contracts or when the numbers didn't show up, there was meaning in facing each and every customer who was there. What's important is not to think about your own emotions or evaluations, but to always keep thinking about "how can I help my customers?"

We believe that this accumulated experience will build relationships of trust with stores and lead to further opportunities.
