We would like to express our sincere gratitude to you all for your continued support.

Our company started 16 years ago when our current chairman, Mr. Yamazaki, started a sports school, and has since evolved into a diversified business by focusing on event sales promotions by the sales division. I took up the baton with the pure desire to become the president, but now I feel the weight of the responsibility and joy of realizing our philosophy of "making everyone involved happy" every day.

Our four divisions, the Sales Division, the Human Resources Division, the School Division, and the Design Consulting Division, all provide services that are centered on people. The Sales Division in particular requires not only outstanding expertise, but also "humanity" in terms of customer service and behavior. The hospitality honed here will be passed on to the Human Resources Division and the School Division, strengthening the foundations of many more businesses. Furthermore, in the Design Consulting Division, which was launched from scratch, highly creative engineers and designers are preparing to bring new value to the world with their in-house developed products.

The key to moving forward with these challenges is a corporate culture in which each individual takes the initiative as the "protagonist" and even failure can be turned into a learning experience. I position our middle managers as "leaders who sow the seeds of the future," and I am committed to interactive training that draws out their thinking and ability to act. I believe that creating an environment in which employees can thrive on their own initiative will create new jobs, expand the company, and bring about further contributions to customers, business partners, and the local community.

Based on the foundation we have built in our sales business, we will continue to develop our human resources business into a pillar of the next generation, and strive to create a society filled with people who enjoy working. I would like to conclude my remarks by asking for your continued support, guidance, and encouragement.
